Kto poprowadzi sesje?

Alicja Sekret is a trainer, ICF-certified neurolinguistic coach, and expert in training and learning experience design. She delivers instructional design trainings for Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) candidates, supporting them in designing engaging, practical, and effective online learning programs for adult learners.
She has long worked at the intersection of education, technology, and user experience. Alicja is a co-creator of the Pacjenci Pacjentom application and has led qualitative research and user workshops (including the Short Guide to Menopause project). As a lecturer at SWPS School of Ideas, she teaches students hands-on design of solutions and training programs grounded in real user needs (PX / learner experience).
For over a decade, she has supported leaders, trainers, and teams in building personal agency, emotional intelligence, and clear communication. She also specializes in designing and delivering VR-based trainings and in preparing speakers for conference stages — including many years of work within the TEDx community, where she also served as Head of the Speakers Team.
Her approach to instructional design combines strong methodological foundations, academic experience, and a deep understanding of the learner’s perspective.
