Each session is preceded by an online psychometric assessment of your choice.

We conduct our sessions in Polish and English.
In our sessions, we discussed the results of the FRIS® and Gallup® tests. Every question or doubt that came up was immediately clarified. On top of that, coaching-style questions slipped into our consultation, which gave me an incredibly strong boost of energy to keep moving forward. I can’t wait for the next session!

RMP - the key to your motivation
Knowing your Reiss Motivational Profile (RMP) will allow you to fully engage in your tasks and achieve your goals. RMP examines 16 universal motivators and examines their impact. Needs are common to all, but their strength is unique to each individual. Knowing your RMP Motivational Profile will help you understand what drives your choices. You'll make better decisions and effectively achieve your goals.
