Breaking Barriers - effective cross-cultural cooperation in business

Do you work in an international environment or manage a multicultural team?

The Breaking Barriers program was created to support you, your team, and your clients in working together effectively - no matter the cultural differences between you.

When working in a culturally diverse team, misunderstandings can easily arise. We often assume our behaviors are universal, while in reality, they are only typical for our own culture. We may speak the same language, yet interpret the same words in very different ways.

Diversity is a fact, but effective cross-cultural cooperationis a skill that must be learned.

In Breaking Barriers, we share practical tools for working successfully in multicultural environments. We use real-life examples to show how our cultural profiles shape the way we collaborate every day. We also apply the GlobeSmart tool to explore how your personal work style compares to other cultures.
