Our program in practice

What happens when a team begins to understand the differences in how they operate, their motivations, and their decision-making styles—and is able to turn them into an advantage rather than a source of friction?

How does cooperation change when a team recognizes how it operates today (avoidance / survival / cooperation / co-creation) — and consciously shifts to where the business requires it?

How do the pace and efficiency of work increase when the rules are shared, named and enforced, and the arrangements are understood and applied equally by everyone?

We work with our own original programs and tailor them to each client’s context. Below you can see an example of how we delivered one of our programs focused on effective cooperation.

An example of our program in the area of effective cooperation

A pharmaceutical company wanted to reduce friction in communication between departments, deliver projects even faster, and better leverage talent within teams. The goal was to translate differences in thinking and acting into tangible improvements in the quality of cooperation and achievement of operational goals.

Therefore, we proposed a complete development and implementation process - “Effective Cooperation: Differences That Unite.” based on the FRIS® diagnostic test – from diagnosis, through work with leaders and teams, to specific operational standards of cooperation.

A story of how we FRISsed an entire organization and strengthened their cooperation.

Testing leaders' thinking and acting styles

We began by working one-on-one with leaders to ensure change began at the decision-making level. Each leader completed the FRIS® online psychometric test and received a report. During individual discussions, we translated the results into specific leadership behaviors in communication, enforcing accountability, delegating, and resolving conflict. An important element of our collaborative work was also seeing how the diversity of results within the leadership team impacted communication and collaboration.

The Art of Cooperation - a workshop for leaders

This was followed by an intensive, full-day onsite workshop.

We worked on:

  • building trust and psychological safety as a condition for cooperation and not a "nice to have"

  • the role of the leader in turning differences into operational advantage,

  • delegating according to style and motivation, not "equally",

  • style-adapted communication,

  • simulations showing the real costs of poor cooperation (delays, rework, escalations)

Thinking and acting styles in a team

The next step was working with entire teams. Each member did the FRIS® test. During the workshops, we mapped strengths, friction points, and the real-world consequences of these styles in daily work (handovers, statuses, escalations, prioritization).
We developed specific operational principles of cooperation instead of general declarations.
Teams gained a common language for explaining differences – which reduced the number of conflicts resulting from misinterpretations of intentions.

Implementation phase

In the finale, leaders and teams developed specific implementations:

  • standards of communication and task delegation in line with the thinking and acting styles,

  • maps of the strengths of individual teams assigned to critical business processes,

  • a plan to develop cooperation throughout the organization.

The result? Shorter turnaround times, fewer escalations, and greater predictability in collaboration between teams. The company recognized and leveraged its diversity, and the streamlined organization gained a coherent daily workflow—not just a "one-time diagnosis."

Read the opinion of one of the participants of our program:

This program has truly transformed the way we work together. I've learnt the origins of our differences in approaching tasks and communication—and that we can leverage them, not fight them. After the workshops, we find it much easier to collaborate, and conversations about responsibility and priorities are simply calmer and more focused. This is the first program which, rather than ending with a diagnosis, we ended up actually employing in our daily work, .
