Our program in practice

What does it take to move from a stressful, anxious speech to a presentation that makes people say “wow”?

Why do we remember some presentations for years and forget others after 5 minutes?

What happens when numbers turn into stories?

We work with our own original programs and tailor them to each client’s context. Below, you can see an example of how we delivered one of our programs in the area of presentations and storytelling.

Meet our expert in presentations and storytelling

Alicja Sekret public speaking coach, Neuro-Linguistic Coach (ICF), and presentation skills expert. For over a decade she has helped leaders and experienced professionals build confidence and authenticity on stage — in both Polish and English (she holds a degree in linguistics).

Since 2018 she has coached speakers for TEDxWarsawWomen, serving for two years as Head of the Speakers Team, TEDxWarsawYouth, and other conferences. In 2016 she delivered her own TEDx talk at TEDxMarszałkowska, sharing her personal story of cancer recovery. She is also a recurring conference speaker, including at events such as the WAKO Conference in Budapest.

She offers coaching for stage fright and speaking anxiety, mentoring for managers seeking to elevate their presentation skills, and training and workshops on storytelling — particularly for technical experts.

An example of our presentation and storytelling program

In one of our recent programs we worked with a group of managers and experienced professionals on how to translate complex data into a simple and inspiring message, use storytelling, and speak with greater confidence.

Presentations are part of daily work for many experts and managers. Yet instead of inspiring, the presentations are often overloaded with data, hard to follow, and stressful to deliver. This was exactly the challenge the participants brought to our program.

We proposed a six-month development program - “From Data to Story: Presentations with a Wow Effect”. It was delivered in English and brought together several dozen employees from different branches in Poland and across Europe.

The program included baseline recordings, a full-day in-person workshop at the client’s headquarters, small-group sessions, and individual online coaching.

The final stage of the program was a group presentation practice session, where each participant could clearly see how much they had progressed - and how their talk was perceived by others.

How did we transform data into an interesting story?

01

02

03

To begin with -

5-minute presentation

This simple task revealed where participants felt confident and which areas needed strengthening. It provided a starting point for further work.

Next step -

full-day onsite workshop

There we focused on key areas:

  • how to build a clear structure of your speech,

  • how to use storytelling to make sense of data and facts,

  • how to present numbers and graphs in a simple and convincing way,

  • how to speak with more confidence and cope with stress.

Group exercises

After the workshop, the participants continued working – in small groups they practiced specific challenges and supported one another, and during individual online sessions they received personalized feedback and could rehearse their own real-life cases.

Program finale

For the finale we met again as a group to rehearse the presentations once more, exchange insights, and summarize key takeaways. This closing session allowed participants to see how much they had grown since the first recording – and how their talks had gained clarity and impact.

The result? Participants left the program feeling more comfortable in their presentations, more confident in working with data, and confident that their presentations truly resonated with their audiences. Participants rated our program a 5 on a scale of 1-5.

Read the opinion of one of

the participants of our program:

The program was an extraordinary developmental experience for us. From the very first meeting, it brought energy, inspiration, and concrete tools that built self-confidence and clarity in communication. Thanks to it, we discovered that public speaking is not just about presenting content but, above all, about building genuine connections with people. This experience has translated into greater business effectiveness in our daily work.
